No, they are not always "accurate and reliable" but most of them are not legal contracts, so it may not matter.If you're looking for a legal document, like a lease agreement, then you can search the internet and piece one together or even write one from scratch, but you should absolutely take it to a well-qualified attorney and have it reviewed/approved for use.If you're just talking about notices and letters (e.g. application approved) or something that is not a legal contract, then it should be fine to use someone else's example.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it.We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.
