They wash up well and are very substantial and comfortable. 

The machines are just regular machines, not coin-op.My husband thinks that we should offer the use of our own washer and dryer one set day a week to the next third floor tenant, in order to attract a good tenant.

The all-in-one combination units I've had success with on 1 bedroom remodels, but they allow a smaller load per cycle, and take a long time to go through a whole wash/dry cycle.

They all have express wash cycles.

@Marina Feldberg get the largest Speed Queen top loader you can find, they are really good machines.

As of right now, I don't see any AI or Machine Learning models that are able to come close to that.  

A friend has a large house and he has a second set behind locked doors that they use for washing linens during turnovers. 

Cleaners might cut you a break too if it makes their work easier because they can wash everything in unit, which is often only practical in a single bedroom unit like you have. 

I have tried deal machine and I really don’t like it, I want to have personalized letters go out after I drive for dollars. 

They own the machines and service them.
