Basically, this would cause the entire process to start all over from the beginning.There are a lot of people licensed to be title agents in Texas; and from my experience only about 25% have a clue on who to contact for Tax Sale information and even less know who to contact for mobile home information.

The pros and cons honestly vary the biggest consistent pro is the fact that you have potential to get a cheap investment property the consistent con is these properties are generally site unseen so you do not have any clue what you just purchased.Then you have the variables like does the county your purchasing the foreclosure in provide clean title, do they expect you to pay delinquent debts on the property, location of property, rent rate in that area, etc.At the end of the day purchasing at an auction is a great risk if you have capital to gamble otherwise stick with foreclosure

Or, monetize it, send $50 for a drive by and pay $30, next member on the list gets the assignment and calls the party in need for details if the party requesting didn't request someone.......lots of waysMight be done as a favor too.If I need a volunteer or pay for some tactical insurgency I'd have no clue to who would be open to do such a thing in that area and really, doubt I'd just start PMing folks in that area, some are too busy, some would love the experience and a little cash on the side.
