Does anyone have experience developing residential communities with prefab/modular homes (not mobile homes) or know someone who does?

What I'm trying to say is that I recommed giving us more details or if you don't want to put personal info on the internet find a in-person tax professional or accountant who is familiar with rental property taxation to determine your eligibility for deducting rental losses and ensure that you're compliant with tax regulations.

Also, I can't seem to tag J on this post so if someone else could that would be appreciated.

I am looking into doing a 1031 exchange does Avery specialize in that or if you know someone in the area that does.

Nothing  like negative press to make someone move. 

That's a red flag for someone trying to use a business-purpose loan for owner occupancy, so many lenders won't allow it. 

But as you journey through life building a family, starting a business and acquiring wealth it is ok to have a list of things that you should not have to do and it is ok to pay someone else to do it. 

As someone experienced in property management, it's concerning how often people are swayed by the appeal of a single property without considering its surroundings, such as being near deteriorating areas.
