The lender will follow their lending criteria and wont stray from it, as it is intended to keep them from accepting poor deals.

@Mian Rizwan1) I would refrain from advertising on social media how much $$ you have to invest!

This trip has been very productive because for being here only a few days, I was able to see which part of town to possibly invest in and to stay away from.I was hoping to meet and personally shake hands with James Wise and Tom Ott, since I follow them on social media like YouTube, but I think these guys are busy--which is a good thing for their business.

I would not ask the question nor would I accept a tenant that I have not approved through my normal tenant recruitment and screening process.

But I think they will likely accept based on rents in the area, cost of moving, etc.

Ive been to seminars, groups, and social connecting parties.

To be more clear, the partnership I was considering would have been on a townhouse in Washington Heights, but the Seller did not accept my offer. 

With this approach you have to accept that a certain number of unwanted sales pitches,  bots, etc. are coming your way.
