I figured it was a good time to post here, since I had a conversation last week with yet another new investor client who got bad advice from their previous insurance agent.

I have the constable coming out to one of my properties later this week to kick out a squatter.

I randomly created a listing for one of the bedrooms in my house on Airbnb last week.

I kept the current tenants in one unit and gutted the other and renovated it and will be moving into it in a week. 

Before these tenants stopped paying their rent, I secured replacement tenants for their apartment who are scheduled to move in a week after the current tenants were originally going to leave.

Mine was reminding me at least weekly after 6 months.It's a good way to save some money, but it's also a way to really extend your 'start date' of getting rent, which might actually cost you in the long run. 

Throughout your week, knowing our criteria, do some alternative searches on your own and actually search out deals for us.
