i'm trying to find the owners of 2 abandoned houses, but i'm having a hard time locating the search section on my local tax assessor's website. Has anyone in my local market had success using the website?

It has been about 4 years since I left, but I still keep in touch with some of the guys out there and I am still on the meeting e-mails.  

But with the properties value going up, rent is relatively stable so that they can't really make a great profit by holding it.

I joined 2 months ago and met an agent that helped me get my first house under contract to flip and I should be closing in 3 weeks.Also if you have some time read the E myth it's great and an easy read.Deb

You are right though. sometimes the single family are more stable when you do find a good tenant. maybe a good duplex with 2/1 per unit would be ideal.

The tenants were thrilled.My issue was that I bought the house and somehow overlooked the fact that the fridge was missing a shelf and drawers.I have never in my life seen a fridge need repair.
