I have long term hold investments and am seeking near term cash flow to round things out.  

But there are no stats or stories of anyone being underwater or selling for less than what they paid for….they just aren’t getting the lottery ticket sale they hoped and wished for like it was in 2020-21.

If you only charge $250 for a $500 unit, you may get away with more control, but if you're charging $500 or even more, then your rights to dictate things becomes an issue.

It's the perfect "getaway but not too far" location.

As a stretched analogy, imagine you knew every $10 scratch ticket you bought paid out $11.  

Hi Philip, The post isn't really clear about what happens only in Winter - is it the freezing outlet, but it's wet year-round or is it wet only in the Winter and the outlet also freezes?

We still have not been called on this open ticket and it was shut due to "inactivity".

I Just put out my first round of bandit signs last Friday just to gain some practice and scope the area.
