@Hosmar Martinez I don’t know about those markets but if you’re interested in Houston where people are relocating in droves What I would do is be your boots on the ground, show you property and we would analyze it together.

I actually relocated from the Seattle area to Kansas City for work for a couple of years (moving back to Seattle in a couple of weeks as my wife and I are expecting our first child in 12 weeks), so it allowed us to view properties in person.
