So if you are in a city with a university and that has companies hiring lots of college grads, that is likely a pretty good indicator.The rent for RbR can be a good bit higher, so definitely continue to investigate it.For the quick/dirty analysis, I found that RbR rent is about 1.5x the traditional long-term rate in my market.

This isn't a hard rule but most banks know these is happening in the background and can't spend the time to go and investigate all of their mortgage loans (espically if they are sold to a big loan collector)

UGHHHH Call the electric company and tell them you think there is an issue from the pole to the home (usually covers hooks or hinges that the guide wire is attached to that the actual power line follows from pole to home) When they come out if they hear noise they are professional enough that they should investigate.
