Hi,Has anyone worked with Ohio Rental Managers before and would like to share their experience ?

It seems like rules/guideslines are changing by the day concerning ADUs, so would appreciate some real world experience in the matter.  

Anyone had any experiences/recommendations/advises in this regard?

Professional photos can also help. - Management and resources..operate it like a hospitality business with very clear communication with guests and reliable crews both for cleaning and emergencies. - Consider guest amenities, house rules..hot tub..pet friendly etc- TLC.

If you have experience holding rentals, a simple LOE may suffice with some lenders.
