The only thread I could find on this topic was pretty old ...I have a 4 unit building in Los Angeles that I am considering adding two additional ADU units. 

Is anyone, or does anyone know of an competent and well priced for a project in Los Angeles, CA.. this is in the Pico/Union area just outside of downtown.. someone who is experienced with ADU’s/area zoning regulations .
