However, it is mostly geared toward a person who has a W-2 job themselves, which is not the case for me, so there are some applications that I am finding confusing. 

If you're selling to flipper and the contractor isn't part of that, not sure it will be possible to get a reliable person. 

A person with a reasonable full time job is typically a more responsible adult and has to act in a professional manner for their job.

What do you think you will get of paying for a course right now that you can't get out of networking in-person with other wholesalers and quick flippers near you?

Personally I am looking for something different but accountants all seem to use QB.
