Would there be be anyone out there who can spend 45 minutes with me on the phone to help me get up to speed?

I see a lot of buying at the peak of the market with fear of missing out or hopes of continued appreciation or raise in rents.I want to share this story to hopefully give some hope and some things I did that got me a great deal in this market.The listing...

@David Song If you look at the top of the building on the outside, you should see some kind of box at the peak that has the manufacturer's name listed on it.

California is speeding towards a cliff, and its last chance at avoiding disaster is about to disappear.

This year I took over myself and things are going much better, however I'm still trying to find all the forms and ideally an association I could pay and speak with to get up to speed on laws, processes, forms, etc.In Oregon we have a fantastic rental association that I pay for annually (Oregon Rental Owners Association).

Any urgent repairs are managed by the property manager.I'm at about $7,000 a week for peak weeks in July & August.  

I believe we have peaked so when evaluating .

If you have rental loss insurance, definitely no need to speed things up. 

Often when we see really low numbers, it’s because the owners are using it on holidays and peak season for their own use.

Being able to settle in 10 days without aprasials and other inspections speeds up the process
