Mayor Stack has done an excellent job making do with what we have, obtaining federal funds regardless of whether the governor has a “D” or “R” after his name, and as a result, many parks, libraries, schools and community centers have been built or refurbished, including a state of the art high school and elementary school, numerous repaved sidewalks with trees, etc.

There are numerous reasons why I haven't made an attempt to remedy the issue by paying for it yet, one of which is because my agents broker specifically told me do not do anything at this time.Legally, the buyer cannot sue me before attempting to resolve the issue in mediation (per the sales contract), so it will never come to a lawsuit.
