If they have not signed within 30 days of lease ending they receive a non renewal notice. 

Hello, I noticed some fire ants around the property so I called Orkin to check it out.

I would change the lock on the door and post a notice that the property is inhabitable.

It's difficult for us to take time off to drive or fly to deliver the Notice.

I looked on the back license plate and notice the tag had expired months before. 

Here in WA a tenant gets 90 days notice their house is going on the market.

I noticed the webinars that used to always be live are now older pre-recorded ones, too.

Or can we just give them a 60 day notice?
