I'm always interested to network, I am still pretty new to investment real estate but hopefully soon I will be an owner-occupant on a multi-family property and also be renting out my single family home.

I am excited to be at the stage I am at where I feel ready to start trying to put in offers on small multi-family housing units to generate capital and long-term wealth!

We are looking for single families and small multi-families.  

If you're in a very competitive market you may want to get the house staged (filled with furniture) for marketing purposes.If you must list it in such a way as to disclose the address (for example you list it with an agent as a rental) please spend the extra $15-20 bucks to install a simplisafe alarm system: this is an inexpensive alarm system that works over 3G cellular networks.

I can purchase 2 homes in Ohio or Alabama for roughly $100k each, rent each of those out for a small ROI, sell in 3 years, buy a multi-unit property, sell in 5 years, buy a forever home w/ADU.

I paid the $3,000 to join their "System" and I am starting to think it may not have been the best option.  

Swanny I think is buying multis now and fixing them up.

, or a personal reference but if you don't mind me asking, how would you find a vendor/seller who wants to get rid of his multi family?
