From there, I'd like to expand in the STR market but as I learn, I'm open to other options.I love the Boston area but it's so expensive here and I don't know how to make that profitable.

I'd love to connect with anyone in the area as an investor myself, currently with 2 STRs that I self-manage.

I've invested in tons of assets over time, I've missed some by being cute, I've regretted some, I ended up loving some more than I thought.
