Is the only way to evict him to wait for non-payment of rent if he goes to jail long term?

I buy single family rentals and duplexes over the last 5 years.

In this market, I’d make sure I had connections lined up, like joining an established team.

I'm trying to estimate how long it will take to get rented out with a good property manager. 

Long term renting can also be a good strategy. 

Last year I had a similar situation with solar city and they were very cooperative.
