What should have taken about 30 minutes or little over ended up with 2 runs up the street to the ACE store for additional parts, and 3 hours later - some of that due to the fact this is on main street and it took a while to get the water shut off figured out as it was all redone this summer by the city.

I suppose I got so caught up in needed positive cash flow I didn't take the time to consider that even if I am still forced to "pay" rent, I would still be building equity I could draw upon later and living for cheaper, if not the same, amount of money.I suppose I just needed to hear someone else say it before it clicked in my mind that, yes, it was an acceptable situation.Thank you Ivory and Logan!
