The wealth of knowledge I’ve gain from them and the forums is immense, and yesterday I made the leap and contacted the realtors on a couple local properties (Clovis, NM) that caught my eye (both single and multi-family).

i know i’m over simplifying, but at a high level i just want some feedback on tax reporting for syndications from you experts.  

What do you wish you could ask a real estate expert if you had 1 hour of uninterrupted time with them?

Can anyone advise on books or other information that has helped you gain knowledge in this area?

I've paid for it and figure while I know some of it will be a sales pitch surely I'll pick up on some good knowledge and information over 3 days and hey it's another opportunity to network. 

I am not here to reinvent the wheel just use what works and grow my knowledge base.

Gain a bunch of knowledge on different methods, etc and keep looking at deals and crunching the numbers.
