People have a hard time resisting this kind of invitation from someone who appears legitimate.You can of course use sites like Crexi or Loopnet or broker websites to find out who the brokers in town are, but you will have much better luck seeing good deals from them if you meet them in person, as I described.Another fantastic way is to get a personal introduction.  

Most of the time, tenants leave cat or dog food all over the garage or in the backyard, and that's how they invited the mouse.Remember that everything has a price.

The take aways were make the space look inviting, take great pictures, tell an intriguing story about the property to make it unique and make it as easy as possible for your guests to enjoy the stay in your area.

She may leave as a result, but if your unit will be at or still slightly below market just outline the improvements you're going to do to the unit and then invite her to find another unit for the same rent that will have the same amenities you'll be adding.
