During intense rainstorms, I believe this is the reason we are experiencing backups in properties which we have changed both the trap and lateral (outside house connecting to the main).  

Somehow pee in the cup and a hilarious episode from 30 years ago during a unit drug test and warm water on the outside of the cup cone to mind.  

Consider this like a probationary lease or even a testing lease.After that 2 months, if I was happy with his tenancy, I would instate a 1 year lease.I also immediately raised rents on him but not the entirety up to market prices yet.

They say the plumber says it might be a crack or leak and want to do a smoke test.

Flipping and Wholesaling are very time and labor intensive.

Latoya Coleman Glad to see the determination, it is something that will be tested because failure is inevitable in this realm but you have to learn to push through those obstacles and persevere.  

If I had to guess, I would say that they were victimized by a wannabe wholesaler in the past, who was not able to actually perform, and they therefore are using the EMD as a test of your ability to actually come up with some money.
