In my opinion, US Bank has the best online banking that I have used and that's why I prefer them because I do most of my banking online. 

It's a great neighborhood and the best school in the county is just down the block, so it's primarily a family neighborhood and I prefer to keep turnover dates on the school schedule.  

In small towns like this do you prefer single family homes of duplexes?  

I'd prefer to avoid putting the property under contract myself and doing an assignment, since there's already a Wholesaler involved.

I am specifically wondering if the income would be high enough to at least cover the mortgage and preferably bring in a small profit as well. 

I also dabbled in wholesaling and flipping, but buy and hold with cashflow is the strategy I have come to prefer as we work towards financial independence. 

It would be preferred for you to have a steady job prior to investing as that gives you the best cushion for a worse case scenario.That said, rental income is income and it's you're money.

Now a days I prefer 1.5 percent or better 

I just don't want to see investors trick themselves into thinking that this family below is moving into their $15,000 house...........They ain't.Myself I prefer upper C-Class to B-Class investments at this point in my life.

@Sandeep Anand,  each of those individual categories you’re looking to compare are actually very wide, and contain hugely different possible investments with completely different risk reward profiles.
