What if your DTI or credit prevents you from getting a loan, then what?

Good afternoon fellow investors, I would like to schedule a quarterly preventative maintenance inspection for one of my rental properties.

Not that I know anything about these guys or if it's a rip off or anything, .....I've been to a seminar like this, and learned a lot of information that I didn't have the knowledge or experience to implement without necessary the add on packages.Just my 2 cents.James

The daughter gave me info to the executor of the home and he told me his lawyer told him there was nothing he could do to prevent the state from taking the home.  

, get voted in by real people using IP tracking and other techniques to prevent people from cheating the vetting process (multiple voting).

Ideas of the top of my head include:- Email campaigns targeting "for rent" properties on Craigslist- Bandit signs in areas which I know have lots of multi-units- Cheap direct mail like post cards to owners addressesAll of these ideas would be cheap or free, and I feel would be relatively easy to implement.
