There's so much inventory that still must be absorbed it will be an uphill battle keeping your inventory occupied unless you are an A+++ location.

Investors who invest for capital appreciation find it more profitable to invest in these markets due to the low cap rates.There also may be a higher barrier to enter for investors who are not well capitalized.Gino

@Daniel DeBruin, this is really all market dependent and how much you want to spend versus how much it will impact both the rent you can achieve as well as the quality of tenants it attracts.When it comes to design, it is all a bit personal opinion, but I will say: contiguous flooring always trumps mismatched, hodge podge flooring.
