They shouldn't do it for free as not part of their normal job.Is it still inhabitable?

Good morning,There is a home I’m interested in for a single property investment: Ask 160k, prob rent 1300/month , Elderly owner prob owns free and clear I’m not dead set on this home but I like the property and the location!  

After that I became incredibly passionate in creating value to new investors to empower them to be able to live life on their terms [Take Control] I offer an unbelievable amounts of value for FREE on my YouTube channel with hours and hours of content that is MORE than enough to get you your first property. 

Certainly we can expect some recovery, but all the free government handouts from COVID sparked a short-lived travel spree that seems to be over. 

If there are any other like-minded investors out there, maybe we can get something new (and free) started!
