That always works well, but if it's a collaboration of skills you may need to pull hard money.

They may well have some specific and unique to the property "special terms" where you might have "quiet hours" spelled out, or parking assignments, no window AC's allowed etc. but the bulk of the tenant responsibilities are covered in the main sections of your "standard" Rental Agreement (it might be a "Standard" form from a stationary store, or an online source, or BP, or your own that you drafted with the collaboration of your RE Attorney.

Typical rental returns approaching 20% after maintenance/management/vacancy are easy.flips are 1/3 or better returns, with under 60k needed to buy/flip/hold most dealsI'd love to collaborate.

With them fostering safety it makes me work more hours but it ‘ok’ with me.Htown traffic is terrible I couldn’t imagine how NY, LA, or Chicago’s is.Good talkBennie
