I live in small town in Central Otago NZ (population of 4k) but invest in Auckland which is 3 hours away. 1 hour by car to the nearest airport followed by 2 hour flight. 

I am looking for a software that will track maintance request and generate maintance tickets and track progress.

Things like A/C and heating, roof, and foundation are several of the big ticket items that can add up quickly. 

The money for the flight will be some of the best money you ever spend.

Controllers use "flight strips" to track aircraft, back then they were thin paper strips that slid into a holder and the holder was laid on a rack that was tilted back so that if you took the bottom holder off the rack, (like that plane landed) the rest would slide down and you'd then work the next in line.

Last time I tried it you could not import/Export your own Contacts you had to open a ticket and wait for support to do it, which was why I let it go!

I would give it 3 1/2 stars as by the afternoon the Black Swan staff was doing their best to fill up the time till 5pm with various anecdotes  of how they negotiated with the airline ticket person or the hotel staff, or how they were given upgrades and freebies.
