Today I only invest passively, in a mix of real estate syndications (my primary strategy), notes, and real estate crowdfunding.

I am trying to go with the BRRRR strategy, or find something smaller to start expanding my portfolio.

etc.Here are some other bullet points if you need more info:- The PA properties are owned free and clear, in my name- The PA SFH is likely to be a long term rental (renovations currently) and will net around $1,500-$1,700/month if I don't borrow against it- The NC properties have mortgages, and are held in my name- I have a lawyer negotiating the solar deal, and have not signed anything yet, but is nearly a done deal- Unsure if solar proceeds have to go directly to me, or can go to a business I own- I'm unmarried and investing by myself/no partners- W2 is between $70-$85k/year- I don't yet have an accountant, but am going to be hiring one and discussing strategy with themThanks so much for your opinions!

Just trying to figure out what is your strategy and part of forming a company is having right people doing the right things.

I understand I could go a different route and purchase rentals but I'm more interested in what people think of this strategy, to pay down my primary mortgage.

I have found this to be an effective strategy to get properties rented if not leased within the average days on market per the rent comps.

The buy and hold strategy has shifted more to an equity play rather than the cash flow play we have all been taught and love. 

Some of the members/partners may not be eligible to use the STR strategy if the other members are material participants. 

. - us accountants love hearing what everyone's else's friends are doing for tax strategies haha zoom hours with other investors definitely does not count.
