There are a number of platforms that allow you to buy chunks of pre vetted RE investments- equity and/or debt, in different sectors and strategies. 

It's generally not the auction platform itself, when it comes to months of delays.

But sometimes keeping these holes filled, we have had to partner with 17 different platforms ontop of our existing marketing to keep us full.

We are currently on about 14 different social media platforms and I can support this 100% in saying a majority of our investors - buyers and even some sales of our finished product homes have sold from our social media presence.

Long story short, Ocwen basically sells all of it's REO's it forecloses on through Hubzu and their auction platform, instead of just selling them as a basic REO on an MLS like most banks.
