If you think of real estate investing as a business, which it is, the more customers you have the better right?

It is harder than you think- It's crucial.The third defense is to be a good customer -  list the details of the job, have the materials selected and purchased or be quick to answer questions.  

I personally service all of my customers beginning to end and am available through the life of the loan.

I don't recall the brand, but they were a ready to assemble (RTA) model   They are fantastic quality (3/4" plywood boxes, semi custom) and reasonably priced.If you make it up my way, make sure to drop in.

I work full-time at UTC for the College of Business and have an Etsy shop where I do lots of custom watercolors of homes, pets, and weddings that is helping to fund faster growth in rentals.

I did meet with a realtor a year or so ago about 2 hours from me that does charge buyers a flat fee of $300, but tons of houses go $5-40k there.

We did the whole shower including the pan, custom tile (not premade enclosure or pan), new shower valve, new shower door. 

I’ve typically been using A&P custom kitchens and either go with Wolf or Fabuwood cabinets, Wolfs quality is inferior in my opinion and I can’t help but feel like I can get better pricing somewhere else Thanks!
