I do plan on signing a lease and renting from the property separately as suggested. 5 years ago I moved my business to this area after I struggled through the economy crash at a high lease rate.  

He's 'predicted' the 2001 tech bubble, the 2008 crash, and this is his third edition with his 'predictions' for the future.  

Back before the housing crash people were taking money out of their houses left and right to buy toys (i.e. boats, jetskis, etc) and that came back to bite a lot of people who ended up underwater on their homes with not much to show for it. 

Please excuse me if this comes out wrong, but this seems like pre crash activity to me.

But if there is another market crash, it will be extremely useful to have.

First stay out of lehigh acres, when the crash comes back this area goes first.  

My wife and I currently own a 2 bedroom/1 bath house in a nice neighborhood, but we bought just before the crash and have only just broken even on it seven and a half years later.  

I know this may sound like a stupid question, but Pittsburgh is my market, and it's what I would like to search.
