But I don't wanna be a child she's having to explain every slight detail I want to be able to have an educated discussion with her regarding my investments and business because with that much property I am assuming I am going to have to incorporate maybe even hire somebody.

All I've ever done professionally is construction  (half my life, even have a degree from UNL if that makes any difference...but not).... 

@Dick O'Hare I have not used Blueprint's products yet, but I have a business partner who has worked with Jeff Welgan and that's how I was introduce.

I haven't used any of their products, but Blueprint has worked with me and my business partner to strategize on a project I'm working towards now with a new build in Galena, IL.

There may be some new construction duplex neighborhoods that are not in the MLS in N Dallas.

My business and portfolio have grown proportionally with experience. 

Be careful about talking about your business or anything that looks like you are trying to make deals in the forums.
