I believe that we are in a  major, prolonged tech boom that will last many, many years and am interested in this market.Wondering if there is anyone operating in the area that can shed some light on the market based on personal experience?

So it's a little different than the boom/busy potential of a place like Greenbrier when fracking came and has largely left.Anyway, no giant conclusions, just food for thought.

This increase in return on the sell has made a boom in the industry to start getting out there and buying and selling which has made the total overall price on the market rise.

I bought another single family home in the booming Charlotte, NC market, which I lived in up until my recent move last month.

Negotiate with them and boom.  

Recently visited Hilton head Island, spoke to several locals, they all say the state of South Carolina is really booming.

I flipped in this neighborhood during the boom of 2004-2006.  

The Houston Chronicle wrote an article a couple of months ago about the east side and how the r/e market and economy over there is going through somewhat of a boom because most of the jobs over there are on the downstream side of oil & gas. 

It expires and then you only have a short window to cancel, and then boom, next 3 year term....
