They have great systems, are very good at pitching and convincing people to sell to them, and you can probably learn a lot by watching their approach.

Hi Serena, both the online courses and the classroom approach are capable of allowing you to pass the NYS exam.

I have approached some local banks in Indy and may need to go that route again.I will reach out to Wells Fargo.  

However, I think it is most important to note that investing requires a dynamic approach to analysis; we should be looking at the direction of the area as opposed to where the area is at the moment.Just a couple of my thoughts, hope it helps!

A BP podcast rehabber had mentioned this approach because he had been burned waiting 10 hrs all day for contractors that did not show. 

We are approaching 1,000 units owned between Northwest AR, Kansas City, Little Rock, Montana, and St Louis.  

Act...I'm looking for feedback from the BP community on how they would approach this...and whether it is true that there is no limit to rent increases in Chicago cook county.
