I doubt too you qualified the buyer and bet you didn't get near a mortgage originator for your owner occupant, if they are in the property as customary in the Rent-To-Own scams.

A quality PM are likely not going to scam you and will have processes in place with the right staff to handle your property needs.

Wai Fung Many people (not all, but a fair amount) regard these "concepts" as scams.

A termite bond is borderline scam in my opinion.

In my experience, most of them are scam artists that leave the property damaged when they move out.
