If tenants have pets and leave food out for their animals, this provides a competing food source for the roaches (and mice!).

There are human beings and animals that look exactly like human beings and with those guys you will never know until its too late. 

I mean, you wouldn't add that clause for Italians who use garlic...Just paint where you can, use similar methods for treating other pervasive odors like animal waste and know that you will have the odor to deal on the back end with but rent being paid during the lease terms.

After this all took place, I could still smell the original smell, but not nearly as bad as it was.The range was heavily coated in old food and grease.

I did whole house acrylic stucco re-coating.

But it's amazing what a coat of paint will do to enliven a space.
