If I can get a team to become standardized and have a blueprint of the design, costs should be lowered by the second go around, not to mention the fifth or tenth. 

This will include cabinets ( white shaker with soft close, all knobs and pulls) design to be selected by client at a later time. 2- install granite counter tops to all new cabinets.
