I was able to qualify on my own thru Citibank and we were supposed to close last Friday.

Was supposed to close last Friday and the buyer had delivery of his furniture scheduled for that day.

Thanks @Russell Brazil, @Kanishk Dayal and @Chris Mason for replying.I came to know that rates are not locked after home appraisal is done and when my attorney asked me for commitment letter..so seems like too late.One thing, I didn't pay for home appraisal yet, not sure if this matters, listing agent(working as dual) arranged for appraisal while talking with lender.after that when I asked lender new rate, he told me that he is working on new rate, but didn't gave me any rate yet, I keep on trying to reach him on Friday, tried today also, but no luck.Earlier he used to call me almost every day, let's see what rate he offer me on Monday.

I had a call Friday about an AC not working, called our Ac guy, he found fireants, got it working, I called the pest control, they are coming tomorrow, meantime the unit went out again this evening and my tenant would have to leave work again tomorrow to let the AC guy in again...so that is why I am wondering if you let any maintenance people have access.

Also wasn't in a rush to sign papers and said she will let me know friday if she will apply.
