Little background on the property: Looking to use the property as a storage location for our small business.The remainder of the space would then be set up as small offices that we would be looking to rent out.Bottom line of the whole situation is, should I be concerned about the brick?

We even will repurpose the gate from the front of the house now it will be a back gate We also got in a dump run and worked on more sorting and organization of the storage and materials stored here.
