I own 2 condos in the same building (~$150K value each) in Logan Square, one is financed through a local bank that sold the property as a foreclosure several years ago and the other we paid for through a HELOC on our primary residence. 

I'm a newbie to BP and currently reside in Beaufort County SC.

I have my personal residence and vehicles on the same insurance, and my personal residence (worth much more) is less for insurance.  400-600 is the range i was shooting for. 

Last summer I purchased two seller financed properties in addition to the 3 properties I own with conventional financing.I currently do not own a primary residence.

I am being 100% honest in what I am about to type: I bought my grandpa's house two years ago, and lived in it as my primary residence for 2.5 years.

I currently reside near Canton, Ohio.

After talking with an attorney on if repair was responsibility of lower residence or my residence, knowing it was builder's fault but would be difficult/useless to try to get them to fix it 15 years later, we fixed the retaining wall for $9K. 

We are getting ready to take a HELOC out on our primary residence.

The VA loan considers 1-4 unit properties as the same thing, so as long as you plan to occupy the 4plex you want to buy next year as your primary residence (which would mean selling moms house that you inherited, or turning that house into a rental). 

I am originally from the Monterey Bay, but currently reside in the South Bay Los Angeles/ Long Beach area.I was raised “on the fence”, in the sense that I was exposed to much prosperity and poverty growing up.
