Ok I think I officially confused myself...

For those interested in Airbnb investment properties, I have a podcast on iTunes where I share tips on a weekly basis. 

@Juan Alvarez have to double check with a lender, the official language is something like "may not have ownership interest in other residential property" rather than "first time buyer." 

Go back to your REIA you now have direction and find someone/ a couple of people that is doing that strategy and add value to them (I don't care how heck offer to clean their job site for free). 

Tip : Be sure to send out good deals so that your investor will continue to look to you for their next great deal . 

I was wondering what other sites you guys use for screening tenants before paying for credit and backround checks. 

During the seminar, they mentioned that we shouldn't go online because there are sites that would put down the paid mentors.
