I can't say whether the state law assumes the contract is assignable by default if nothing is in there about it or if the state law normally assumed non-transferable.

I have a co-worker that just sold their home, and needs a short term rental from June 1 to Sept 30.I could normally service them, but I have a short-term runs through end of June, and they can extend if their home is not finished.I was seeing if anyone has a short-term rental/schedule vacancy.

The BEST way to get your foot in the door is to monitor it yourself, wait for the property to go vacant (even before it goes to foreclosure auction) and call that Broker or whomever is listed on the "IN CASE OF EMERGENCY" sign on the front door or window-- this is standard requirement again for most banks, placing that sign.4-Equity firms- Here's some good news...

The 'seller' then makes their normal payment to him (which he sends to the mortgage co) and they owe him a fee equal to the amount of the default he covered + 50%, due within 6 months.

However commercial agents will normally try to sell in house before they go public with inventory.Also as an agent you MUST get your commission agreement up front and in writing.
