Garden or Town House style?

Might also put in an add that your back yard, shed, and (metered) Water  is available for others to garden on your property.   

I got my license about a year ago, so the experience is still fresh!

There is a lovely garden in the backyard.

White "screams" clean and kept and freshly laundered, and you can just tell by looking at them without wondering what someone is hiding. 

The repairs that I could see from the walk through were minimal, carpet - I'm considering removing the carpet in all the units and getting the wood floors sanded and refinished, paint, tenting the place to get rid of pests, replacing the cabinets in two of the units - the rest need re-staining (or a fresh coat of paint),  some outlet covers, light fixtures, things like that. 

When I started in real estate here in CT I was fresh out of college and had a day job that paid me $13 an hour at ESPN.

Just bought a 40-unit garden style apartment complex. 

That being said, we are still VERY fresh to all of this.
