Here is my real estate track record: I have a cash flowing SF rental property( 35% c.o.c. return and built in an additional 12.5% in equity from rehab), I am currently in the process of a $500,000+ house hack rental in Madison, I am currently under contract on my first wholesale in which I have a turnkey property for for 40% below market value, I interned for a commercial real estate development company in Summer 2022, and lastly I have an internship for a commercial real estate brokerage in Chicago for my summer of 2023.I already have my sophomore year summer lined up in Chicago and wanted to reach out to get advice from some industry professionals / seasoned investors.

I use those miles when prices spike and it makes sense to use miles for a trip.. or in the past I only used the miles for international business class which is a great use for those miles and paid for first class tickets on all business trips.. keep in mind you get a ton of perks with first class tickets no charge on luggage no change fee no cancel fee special check in line plus special line for TSA if your not TSA pre check which we always are anyway.. sometimes a discount to the lounges which again are critical for the frequent flyers enjoyment and experience.
