If you'll post how many lots are occupied, what the lot rent is, what the market lot rent is (a guess even), the age of the homes (roughly), how many homes are park-owned, what the park-owned rent is, and how big the metro is, SF price, and 3 BR apartment (pull from Bestplaces) --  BUT DO NOT POST THE CITY OR STATE SO NOBODY KNOWS WHERE THE DEAL IS -- I'll give you a quick evaluation right here.

You could also invest in REIT funds, you could possibly partner up with someone, you could evaluate getting into wholesaling.

@Shahriar Khan @Vijaianand ThirunageswaramI know many people hoarding millions in cash waiting for the stocks to collapse rather than real estate - apparently there is more money to be made (also faster) in the former, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and stock evaluation is not as simple as real estate evaluation.The question is what comes first - if real estate downtrend will follow the stock market downtrend or vice versa.

You need a bunch more information to evaluate that, including what the surrounding homes sell for, how much work it needs, what the lot rent is -- that type of data.
