That being said, we're going to take a driving tour of a few neighborhoods/areas that might be options and I would like to ask your suggestions.

It does not make any sense.As for the tech industry, one of the risks is that the European Union levies a tax on them, the so-called "Google Tax". 

Also, the UK is very much an exception to the rule as identity is checked in most European countries with national identity cards.

Overall the Europeans were excellent hosts while I traveled all over the area and there were more English speaking people over there (actually, kids are better educated in languages) but there were still times I suffered the communication bite..

It is probably illegal as hell, but I wish I could charge a showing fee for each individual who wants to take a tour of the inside.

However, I have never seen an occupied home sold and the auctioneers ALWAYS provide an open house for interested parties to tour the home.

This made me pretty upset.Regardless, having a ton of investors touring my home brought to light quite a few serious issues, among others I brought up previously to the landlord (it's a very old home built in the mid 1800's).

When I first took a tour of the property, the smell of money hit me as soon as the door opened…cigarettes and urine!

But for what ever due diligence issues was not able to close on the majority of them.Had my closing team run title on all the ones I had under contract they would have simply been over worked on things that would have not generated any revenue for anyone.Out of the 2000+ that I have closed less then 5 had title issues that prevented me from closing.Thus the key is to have excellent team around you and if you are new to the area or working with people you don't know make sure you understand what you are doing.As far as your last comment about being a wanna be investor check out the video bellow of a tour of my operation.http://coachingbypeter.com/the-new-office-empire
