Alliance Environmental did a pretty good job for us finishing the asbestos issue (paid by our insurer) that the first abatement company failed to finish and in the past month they addressed a black mold issue (We paid, not paid by the insurer) in a fairly timely manner, with good communication.

Couple things I value: someone who communicates well and is patient with someone as a first time buyer.

I live in a very large complex downtown, so I don't communicate with the leasing office too often.

We see the project all the way through and keep in communication with the owner to deal with snags, pricing issues or hidden problems.For Leasing, we do not get paid until we get the lease.

He quickly provided his contact info and created a tenant account for us to communicate through tenantcloud and he has been paying his rent on time (even a few days ahead of time).
