Be aware that it can take years in NJ to complete a FC. 

Always be aware of incentives and make sure you're aware of any biases that might exist with whatever source you're depending on for information.The key is to track your metrics.

There are several advantages/disadvantages in investing MFs vs single families which I'm sure you are aware of. 

I'd still recommend evaluating each property to make sure the return fits YOUR comfort level, but I'm pretty sure Bridge is aware of what their clients want.
